~"TRIANGLE"~

Tonight, they get carried away...On a doomed voyage, the passion between Mulder and Scully is finally unstoppable. Chris Carter wrote and directed this intriguing episode, in which Mulder is shipwrecked in the Bermuda Triangle and rescued by a long-lost British luxury liner--where it's 1939. Or so it seems. Mulder believes the ship has exited a time warp into 1998. In what Carter calls an homage to "The Wizard of Oz," familiar faces abound, as passengers and crew suspect Mulder is with the Nazis who've taken over the vessel. The episode was shot in letter-box format and includes impressive tracking shots of Scully (Gillian Anderson) as she scours the FBI for assistance in locating Mulder, unsure of whom to trust. Captain: Madison Mason. (1:00)
